
Hamzah Zainudin has been expelled from Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia with immediate effect, following alleged constitutional violations.
KUALA LUMPUR: Hamzah Zainudin has been expelled from Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu), with immediate effect.
In a notice dated today (February 13) and signed by Bersatu Disciplinary Board chairman Mohd Radzi Manan, the party said it had decided to terminate Hamzah’s membership under Clause 22.5 of its constitution for violating Clause 9.1.4.

The notice stated that the decision took effect immediately from the date of issuance of the letter.
However, Hamzah retains the right to appeal to the party’s Appeals Board within 14 days from the date of the notice.
