NBA superstar LeBron James remains undecided about his playing future, focusing on the Lakers’ playoff push while eyeing post-career ventures.

LEBRON JAMES says he has “no idea” if he will continue his NBA career beyond this record 23rd season.

The 41-year-old Los Angeles Lakers forward addressed his uncertain future ahead of the NBA All-Star Game on Sunday.

“Yeah, I want to live,” James said of his post-season plans. “When I know, you guys know. I don’t know. I have no idea. I just want to live, that’s all.”

He insisted this uncertainty will not affect his motivation to lead the Lakers to a fifth NBA championship.

“This is beginning towards the post-season so it has nothing to do with that,” James said. “Same motivation, same mind factor. We’ve got past the marathon and now the sprint is about to start.”

James is averaging 22.0 points, 7.1 assists, 5.8 rebounds and 1.1 steals this season for the 33-21 Lakers.

He identified team health as a crucial factor for their playoff success after battling sciatica early in the campaign.

“Our success is going to come down to obviously I think our health, our coach staff putting us in the right position,” James said.

The NBA’s all-time scoring leader has previously expressed interest in becoming an NBA team owner after retirement.

“There’s a lot of things that I have on the table that I can tap into if I would like to, that being one of them,” James said of ownership.

He plans to explore various ventures that will engage him post-career but remains focused on the current season.

James looks forward to creating lasting memories with family and friends in his later years.

“I think what I want to do at 45, 50 or 55 will be a lot of creating great vibes and fun with my family and my friends,” James said. “That’s one of my passions, great memories that will last forever.”
