Taking to Threads, she claimed to have ordered two pizzas of the same flavour on different occasions. However, according to the images attached, the pizzas looked noticeably different.
The images showed one pizza with a sloppier appearance, while the toppings on the other pizza were neatly arranged.
The post sparked a discussion about consistency in franchise coffeehouses, with many noting that the money spent does not always reflect the quality of food and beverages.
Due to these inconsistencies, several users reported choosing to visit other branches of the coffeehouse franchise in search of better-quality fare.
Other users shared similar experiences, with one describing a lasagna covered in a watery sauce, while another noted that the coffeehouse had repeatedly made errors with a “simple” beverage order.
