The operation, conducted at the Sentul Pasar Toll Plaza in conjunction with Chinese New Year, involved checks on 912 motorcycles.

JPJ WPKL director Hamidi Adam said the main offences detected included expired or missing driving licences and expired vehicle licences.

Other common violations were a lack of insurance, non-compliant registration plates, and the use of tinted mirrors that did not meet regulations.

The integrated operation, which ran from 8.30 pm to 11.30 pm, was conducted with the cooperation of the Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department.

It also identified 11 foreign motorcyclists, comprising five from Pakistan, three from Bangladesh, two from Indonesia, and one from Myanmar.
