MERSING: The King of Malaysia Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar drove over 45 kilometres today to personally inspect environmental conditions in this district.
His Majesty visited several residential areas and the Tanjung Penyabong Jetty to assess cleanliness and facility conditions.
Sultan Ibrahim emphasised that local authorities must always prioritise cleanliness and environmental maintenance.
He noted that Mersing is a popular tourist destination in Johor, making its upkeep essential for residents and visitors.
The King also reminded the public to play their part in preserving cleanliness and to avoid littering.
