The Perak state government will hold its annual Aidilfitri open house on March 21 at the Indera Mulia Stadium in Ipoh

IPOH: Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Saarani Mohamad extended an open invitation to the public to attend the event.

He outlined the festive schedule, noting that if Aidilfitri falls on Friday, March 20, the morning will be for prayers at the Ubudiah Mosque in Kuala Kangsar.

The community will then celebrate with their families following the prayers.

On Saturday, March 21, a morning event will be held at the Palace.

The state government’s open house will take place in the afternoon at the stadium.

Saarani confirmed the programme would continue “as it has every year”.

He made the announcement after officiating the Fiesta Raya Ipoh 2026 Riverfront event at Kinta Riverwalk.
