KUALA LUMPUR: T7 Global Bhd’s subsidiary, Tanjung Offshore Services Sdn Bhd, has secured a two-year contract from EnQuest Petroleum Production Malaysia Ltd to provide integrated Hydraulic Workover Unit (HWU) services for the 2026–2027 EnQuest Well Campaign (Package B3).

The scope covers HWU services, project management, offshore supply vessels, pumping services, and wellbore fishing and cleanup operations. The campaign involves workover and plug-and-abandonment (P&A) operations across multiple offshore wells, with the contract effective from February 19, 2026.

T7 Global executive director Tan Kay Zhuin said the award reflects the group’s technical capability in delivering integrated well services. He noted that the Group’s complementary assets, including its hydraulic workover unit and drilling jack-up rig TSEVEN ENYA, enable a wide range of offshore operations.

Tan highlighted that T7 Global completed three workover wells and 32 P&A wells in 2025 and is optimistic about stronger results in 2026, amid a projected increase in P&A activity to around 70 wells according to the PETRONAS Activity Outlook 2026–2028.

The award underscores T7 Global’s track record and expertise in well intervention and decommissioning, supporting Malaysia’s long-term offshore decommissioning agenda.
