
Saudi Arabia’s Supreme Court calls on Muslims to sight the Syawal crescent on Wednesday evening, marking the end of Ramadan.
RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s Supreme Court has called on Muslims across the kingdom to sight the crescent moon of Syawal on Wednesday evening.
The court made the call on Monday, corresponding to Ramadan 29, 1447 AH, according to the Saudi Press Agency.
It urged anyone who sights the crescent with the naked eye or through binoculars to report to the nearest court to register their testimony.
