KUALA LUMPUR, May 6 (Xinhua) — Malaysia has signed an agreement with German semiconductor equipment maker AIXTRON SE to develop a greenfield manufacturing facility in Penang state, the Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA) said on Tuesday.
