IT’S a moment that tugs at the heartstrings: a daughter surprising her father with a brand-new car.

Siti Fairuz, a Perodua salesperson, shared a Threads post of the touching moment when a client bought a car for her father.

In the video, the daughter is in tears after signing the paperwork at the sales gallery, overwhelmed with emotion.

The father beams with excitement as he inspects the interior of the white Axia E, a manual model, and poses for a photo with a huge red ribbon on the bonnet.

“She’s happy because she bought her dad a new car. Even if it’s just an Axia, congratulations to a good daughter. Leave a comment wishing her abundant blessings—she’s probably here reading them,” Siti wrote.

Netizens praised the daughter for her thoughtfulness, emphasising that the value of the gift isn’t measured by the car itself.
