KOTA KINABALU: A total of 10 Chinese nationals were detained for failing to produce valid travel documents during an operation, codenamed Ops Sapu, at a housing area in Labuan. Labuan Immigration Department director Raymond Entalai said the operation, which ran from midnight to 1.30am on Tuesday (Feb 3), was based on public information and intelligence.
