JERUSALEM: Israel’s Magen David Adom emergency service is treating 12 people for injuries following a new missile salvo from Iran.
The MDA stated that medics are evacuating the injured, including a 40-year-old woman in moderate condition with blast injuries.
Eleven others sustained light injuries from glass shards and blast effects.
Israeli police reported officers were active at multiple sites in the central and Tel Aviv districts where shrapnel fell.
AFP footage showed security forces in high-visibility vests deployed at one impact location.
At another site, fire crews sprayed flame-retardant foam on the charred wreckage of vehicles.
