Johor Darul Ta’zim thrashed PDRM FC 7-0 in a dominant Super League display, extending their remarkable streak of 12 consecutive league titles.

ISKANDAR PUTERI: Johor Darul Ta’zim (JDT) delivered a commanding 7-0 victory over PDRM FC at the Sultan Ibrahim Stadium.

The win reinforces the Southern Tigers’ formidable dominance in the Super League.

JDT’s aggressive start paid off in the 14th minute when Yago Cesar finished a Manuel Hidalgo pass inside the box.

Ignacio Mendez doubled the lead six minutes later with a powerful strike from outside the area.

Stuart Wilkin added a third in the 24th minute, giving JDT a comfortable 3-0 halftime lead.

Wilkin capitalised on a goalmouth scramble to score his second and JDT’s fourth in the 51st minute.

Jairo Da Silva then netted a quick brace in the 80th and 81st minutes, assisted both times by Muhammad Nazmi Faiz Mansor.

Bergson Da Silva completed the rout in the 87th minute, tapping in a pass from Jairo Da Silva.

PDRM FC created several counter-attacks but failed to breach JDT’s solid defence.

The victory underscores JDT’s remarkable record of 12 consecutive Super League titles since 2015.
