PETALING JAYA: OGX Group Bhd, an IT infrastructure solutions specialist operating under a brand-centric model, recorded a net profit of RM6.04 million for the second quarter ended Nov 30, 2025 (Q2’26) ahead of its listing on the Ace Market on March 12.

For the quarter under review, OGX reported a profit before tax and profit after tax of RM8.7 million and RM6.0 million, respectively, on the back of a revenue of RM74.0 million. 

The provision of IT infrastructure solutions segment remains as the company’s primary revenue driver, contributing 75.5% of the total revenue for the quarter.

This was followed by the distribution of IT infrastructure products segment, which accounted for 15.8% of the total revenue, while the remaining revenue was derived from the product warranties and support services segment. 

For the six-month financial period ended Nov 30, 2025, OGX recorded a PBT of RM19.1 million and PAT of RM13.1 million on the back of a revenue of RM147.6 million. 

Revenue from the provision of IT infrastructure solutions, distribution of IT infrastructure products and product warranties and support services segments accounted for 76.5%, 15.7% and 7.8% of the total revenue for 1HFYE2026, respectively. 

OGX’s PBT for H1’26 had reached 86.7% of its full-year 2025 PBT. 

OGX executive director/managing director Tan Suan Loong said the performance reflects the continued demand for our IT infrastructure solutions.

“As we build on this momentum, we look forward to our upcoming listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities, which marks a vital milestone for OGX,” he said in a statement. 

He said the listing will further strengthen its market standing and support its next phase of growth as it continues to enhance its capabilities and expand market presence.

OGX is scheduled to make its debut on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities on March 12, 2026, with a market capitalisation of RM262.5 million, based on its enlarged issued share capital of 750.0 million shares and initial public offering price of RM0.35 per share.
