A heartwarming moment at a Ramadan bazaar has gone viral after two Chinese women were seen sponsoring trays of yong tau fu and giving them away for free to fasting Malays.
In a post shared on Threads, @awinrzk shared that two Chinese women dressed in red purchased large amounts of yong tau fu from a stall in Bazaar Triana and asked for it to be distributed to people who were fasting.
“Truly Malaysian. It was so nice to see the two Chinese aunties in red suddenly sponsoring so much yong tau fu at Bazaar Triana.

“One whole table was filled with food that they paid for, and they told the vendor to distribute it for free to Malays who were fasting.”
The user added that the gesture not only helped people breaking their fast, but also supported a vendor whose stall was not receiving much customers.

“I even went and took some of the free food earlier. May the aunties be blessed with even more prosperity.”
The post quickly gained attention online, with many Malaysians praising the women’s kindness.
