Russian President Vladimir Putin noted the sound momentum in the Russia-China comprehensive strategic partnership.

He confirmed the two countries will jointly launch the “Russia-China Years of Education” in 2026.

Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva voiced readiness to continue expanding cooperation with China.

He expressed a desire to work together to build a community with a shared future for a more just and sustainable world.

South African President Cyril Ramaphosa said South Africa is willing to further strengthen cooperation with China.

He stated this would contribute positively to world peace and development.

In a video message, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres thanked China for supporting multilateralism and global solidarity.
